Mark Rudak is a Machine Learning Product Owner at GiniMachine and a Senior AI Engineer at HES FinTech. Holding a Master’s degree in Data Science and Software Engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology, Mark is dedicated to helping businesses transition from traditional, rules-based operations to scalable, AI-driven decision-making. Throughout his tenure with both HES FinTech and GiniMachine, Mark has played a central role in modernizing data infrastructures. His work in implementing high-performance data pipelines and predictive analytics has directly supported SaaS growth and operational cost reductions.

He regularly consults clients on data quality control, model health monitoring, and aligning machine learning metrics with clear business outcomes to ensure fairness, causality, and measurable ROI in the end market.

Mark has been directly involved in architecting the core AI and Large Language Model (LLM) components of HES Collection Agent, the company’s intelligent debt recovery platform. With a deep understanding of the industry landscape, Mark is a driving force behind the transition towards responsible AI and the strategic use of alternative data sources. His work spanning predictive scoring engines and generative workflows helps financial organizations drive turnover, reduce manual workloads, and safely scale their operations.
